Note 18 - Subsequent events On July 17, 2014, the Company announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) has granted a patent covering Akers’ Breath Ketone detection device. On July 22, 2014, the Company settled the lawsuit filed by RBD (Note 17) for a one-time nominal payment which was paid on July 23, 2014. |
