Note 19 Subsequent Events
On August 3, 2015 the Annual General Meeting of Stockholders was held. Mr. Thomas Knox, Mr. Brandon Knox, Mr. Raymond Akers and Mr. Robert Andrews were re-elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Gavin Moran did not stand for re-election on August 3, 2015, the Annual General Meeting date. Hence, he ceased to be a member of the Companys Board of Directors with effect from August 3, 2015. |
